Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Cats
Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Cats is a dual-action veterinary strength flea treatment that kills fleas, ticks and biting lice on cats and kittens aged 8 weeks and over and weighing more than 1kg, and prevents flea eggs and larvae from developing in your home. It contains two active ingredients:
- Fipronil: kills fleas within 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours, with protection against fleas for up to five weeks.
- S-methoprene: interrupts the flea life cycle by preventing any exposed eggs and/or larvae from developing in your home for up to six weeks.
Efficacy against ticks is up to 2 weeks.
For routine continous protection against fleas and ticks, apply Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Cats every month.
If you are dealing with a flea infestation, always treat all pets in the household and use a household insecticide for your home such as Beaphar FLEAtec Household Flea Spray.
Directions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE.
Do not remove the pipette from the sachet until you are ready to use the product.
Weigh your cat carefully before application to ensure they weigh 1kg or more.
- Hold the pipette in an upright position, twist and pull the cap off.
- Turn the cap over and use the other side to break the pipette seal by pushing down and twisting the cap.
- Part your cat's fur between the shoulder blades and place the tip of the pipette onto the skin.
- Squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents completely and directly onto the skin.
Do not allow children to play with your pet until the fur is fully dry.
For continuous protection, reapply every four weeks.
Ingredients
Fipronil 50mg, S-methoprene 60mg, Butylhydroxyanisole (E320), butylhydroxytoluene (E321), povidone (K25), polysorbate, ethanol, and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.

Cautions
- Do not use on cats under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 1kg, as this could result in overdosing.
- Do not use on lactating queens.
- Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Should accidental eye contact occur, rinse immediately with clean, fresh water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Do not smoke, eat or drink while handling the product.
- Do not allow children to play with your cat until the fur is fully dry.
- Fipronil may adversely affect aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with product or empty pipettes.
- Do not use on rabbits as serious adverse reaction or even death could occur.
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
