PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS CANINE HA (HYPOALLERGENIC) DOG FOOD

This complete hypoallergenic veterinary diet helps nutritionally manage food allergies in dogs of all ages, including puppies. PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic is also useful for dogs with severe bowel conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease as it is particularly highly digestible.

PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic Dog Food
is a true hypoallergenic diet formulated with protein that has been broken down (hydrolysed) into very tiny components that are too small to provoke an allergic response, and a purified carbohydrate source.

Sizes Available: 3kg & 11kg Bags

Hydrolysed diets are recognised as the best type of food to use during an 'elimination diet trial' when trying to diagnose (or rule out) food allergy. During such a trial it is important that your dog is fed no other food or treats.

Key benefits of PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic Dog Food:

Single hydrolysed protein broken down into tiny components too small to cause any allergic reaction
Purified carbohydrates to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction occurring
Added omega-3 fatty acids to help maximise the natural anti-inflammatory process

Purina Veterinary Diets veterinary dog food delivers nutrition with a purpose, it has played a role in helping thousands of dogs manage certain conditions.  If you think your dog could benefit from specialized nutrition, talk to your veterinarian.

Purina Veterinary Diets are to be recommended by your Vet only.

What are the signs of food allergy?

Some dogs may suffer from food allergy, which can cause skin signs and/or digestive upsets. These signs are not specific for food allergies so your vet will suggest various additional investigations to try to find out what is causing your dog's signs.

The only reliable method of diagnosing your dog's food allergy is to carry out a diet trial using a diet specially formulated to avoid provoking an allergic reaction such as PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic Dog Food.
