Vetpharmacy.co.uk offers free standard delivery on all orders over £39.95 in value to our customers in Great Britain (England, Mainland Scotland and Wales), except prescription orders which will incur a £3.95 if the value is under £80.
Once your order has been dispatched, Vetpharmacy.co.uk will contact you via email bringing to your attention that the delivery has been dispatched and is on its way to you. Please note that any tracking numbers will not become active until the evening of the day the email was sent, once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse.
Vetpharmacy.co.uk aims to dispatch all orders received by 15:00 hours on the same day or next day or guarantees within 2 full working days dependent on stock availability.
Fridge Line Items cannot be dispatched on a Friday as they need to be delivered next day. These items are non-returnable.
Any items which have been returned back to Vetpharmacy.co.uk due to them not being accepted at the point of delivery or failure to be picked up from your local sorting office will incur additional delivery charges.
If part of an order is out-of-stock or needs to be sourced then Vetpharmacy.co.uk will dispatch the available parts of the order immediately and dispatch the remaining items of the order when they come back into stock at no extra cost to you.
If your delivery does not arrive within the given time after receiving the dispatch email, please contact Vetpharmacy.co.uk immediately as we aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction.
Standard delivery is provided by DX Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and is priced at £3.49.
Aerosols and heavier items (orders weighing over 2kg) such as cat and dog food will be sent via DX Courier and will also be at the standard charge of £3.49, except to remote parts of Scotland including the Highlands & Islands which is charged at £15.95 and to Northern Ireland which is charged at £11.95 and may take up to 48 hours.
Please note that all orders are sent signed for and require a signature at the point of delivery.
In the event that any heavy or bulky items are ordered, Vetpharmacy.co.uk will contact you and advise you accordingly if you will be subject to any extra delivery charges.
Europe, America and the Rest of the World
Vetpharmacy.co.uk gracefully extends its services outside of the United Kingdom. Due to the industry and laws we abide by, Vetpharmacy.co.uk reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products dependent on international laws regarding the sale of medicines to certain regions of the world.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to send to Germany due to German customs regulations. Any orders placed with a delivery address in Germany will automatically be refunded.
Due to continuous pricing fluctuations Vetpharmacy.co.uk advises its customers from these regions of the world to contact us for the most up to date delivery price and an estimated delivery date.
What should I do if I have not received my parcel?
Royal Mail:Your local postman should leave a card to rearrange delivery if you are not in when delivery is attempted, however sometimes this is not the case. If you have not received your order within 3 working days from dispatch, please check with your local delivery office to see if they are holding a parcel. If you still have not received your parcel after 15 working days, please contact us and advise whether you would prefer your order to be re-dispatched or refunded.
Courier Delivery: This is dispatched on a fully trackable service so if you have not received your parcel after 2 working days, please contact us and we will trace your parcel with the courier company for you. If your parcel has been lost or damaged, we will redispatch/refund for you according to your preference.
International Delivery: If you have not received your order within 10 working days from dispatch, please check with your local delivery office to see if they are holding a parcel for you. If you still have not received your parcel after 25 working days, please contact us and advise whether you would prefer your order to be re-dispatched or refunded.
We regret that we cannot redispatch/refund sooner than the timescales listed above as these are the terms set out by the couriers.
