How much do you charge for delivery?  
Our delivery charge for customers spending less than £39.95 is £3.60.

If you were to purchase items worth more than £39.95 the delivery would be free of charge.
 
       
How long will it take for the order to arrive?  

The order should arrive with you the following day after dispatch.

 
       
When can i expect my order to be dispatched?  

Your order will be dispatched the same day as ordering provided the order is placed before 4pm and the item is in stock.

If the order is placed after 4pm or out of stock the order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.

 
       
What delivery company do you use for domestic orders?  
The delivery company that we would be using, providing you live in mainland Britain, would be Yodel or Fedex.

For customers living in Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland or islands surrounding Britain the items would be sent via Royal Mail.
 
       
Do you except international orders, how much would it cost?  
Yes, we do except international orders.

If your order was to be less than 1.5kgs in weight it would be sent via Royal Mail and the cost shown on the website will cover the delivery charge.

If your order weighs more than 1.5kgs we would have to assess your order based on it's weight and the destination of the order, DHL would be the courier service we use for these orders. We would contact you with delivery charge before processing the order.



 
       
Can i have my item delivered to a none billing address?  
Yes, your delivery and billing address can be different and you have the option to do this when you have begun the secure checkout process.
 
       
My order has not arrived what should i do?  
If your order has not arrived you can email us on admin@vetpharmacy.co.uk or telephone us on 08000-241-329, alternatively you can track you own parcel using the DHL tracking number provided on your order confirmation email using the following link; http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/.
 
       
Can i have next day delivery?  
The service that we provide is next working day, providing the order is placed before 4pm and the item of stock is in at the time of purchase.

If the item is out of stock or placed after 4pm the order will be dispatched within 48hours.
 
       
How do i return my item(s)?  
For items returned you would have to contact us on 08000-241-329, items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

Reasons for return are;

Damaged.

Late delivery.

Wrong stock ordered/received.

Can I cancel my order?  
We would be willing to have your order cancelled provided you order has not been dispatched, and would give you a full refund on this, if your order has been dispatched we would be willing to have a return (within 7 days), but only refund you for the items ordered.
