- How much do you charge for delivery?
- Our delivery charge for customers spending less than £39.95 is £3.95.
If you were to purchase items worth more than £39.95 the delivery would be free of charge.
- How long will it take for the order to arrive?
The order should arrive with you the following day after dispatch.
- When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched the same day or the next working day provided the order is placed before 4pm and the item is in stock.
If the order is placed after 4pm or out of stock the order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- What delivery company do you use for domestic orders?
- Orders to destinations within mainland Britain are dispatched via Royal Mail or Yodel, depending on the weight of the parcel.
For customers living in Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland or islands surrounding Britain the items would be sent via Royal Mail.
- Do you accept international orders and how much would it cost?
- Yes, we do accept international orders.
If your order is less than 1.5kg in weight it would be sent via Royal Mail and the cost shown on the website will cover the delivery charge.
If your order weighs more than 1.5kg we would have to assess your order based on its weight and the destination of the order. These orders would be sent by DHL and we would contact you with delivery charge before processing the order.
Please be aware when ordering veterinary medicines that due to legal restrictions, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of your order as this will depend on the items being ordered and the destination. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded in full and notified by email accordingly.
- Can I have my item delivered to a non-billing address?
- Yes, your delivery and billing address can be different and you have the option to do this when you have begun the secure checkout process.
- My order has not arrived what should i do?
- If your order has not arrived you can email us on email@example.com or telephone us on 08000-241-329. Alternatively you can track you own parcel using the tracking number and link provided on your dispatch email.
- Can I have next day delivery?
- The service that we provide is next working day, providing the order is placed before 4pm and the item of stock is in at the time of purchase.
If the item is out of stock or placed after 4pm the order will be dispatched within 48hours.
- How do I return my item(s)?
- If you would like to return an item, please contact us on 08000-241-329. Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.
Reasons for return are;
- Late delivery.
- Wrong stock ordered/received.
- Short dated.

- Can I cancel my order?
- If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched and you contact us and send your order back within 7 days, then we will refund your order less any delivery charges.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any prescription only medication.
