Vetpharmacy.co.uk aims to offer the most competitive and cost saving delivery options in the industry.

Vetpharmacy.co.uk offers free standard delivery on all orders over £39.95 in value to our customers in Great Britain*

Once your order has been dispatched, Vetpharmacy.co.uk will contact you via email bringing to your attention that the delivery has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

Vetpharmacy.co.uk aims to dispatch all orders received by 16:00 hours on the same day or next day or guarantees within 2 full working days dependent on stock availability.

Any items which have been returned back to Vetpharmacy.co.uk due to them not being accepted at the point of delivery or failure to be picked up from your local sorting office will incur additional delivery charges.

If part of an order is out-of-stock or needs to be sourced then Vetpharmacy.co.uk will dispatch the available parts of the order immediately and dispatch the remaining items of the order when they come back into stock at no extra cost to you.

If your delivery does not arrive within the given time after receiving the dispatch email, please contact Vetpharmacy.co.uk immediately as we aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is provided by YODEL as fully tracked and insured on the Next Working Day Service (from day of despatch), i.e. Mon-Thurs is Next Day Delivery, Fri will be delivered Mon and weekend & Mon will be Tues. Standard delivery is priced at £3.95 and will take between 2-5 working days and will require a signature upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:  The delivery charge of £9.95 will be applied for certain deliveries to Highlands, Islands, etc. Such as, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.  Aslo Postcodes beginning with KA27 & KA28, PA20 - PA88, PH10 - PH44, PH49 - PH50 and all HS, IV, KW & ZE. 

If the event that any heavy or bulky items are ordered, Vetpharmacy.co.uk will contact you and advise you accordingly if you will be subject to any extra delivery charges.

Vetpharmacy.co.uk gracefully extends its services to Europe. Due to the industry and laws we abide by, Vetpharmacy.co.uk reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products dependent on international laws regarding the sale of medicines to certain regions of the world.

Due to continuous pricing fluctuations Vetpharmacy.co.uk advises its customers from these regions of the world to contact us on receiving the most up to date competitive delivery price and an estimated delivery date.

*Great Britain is defined as England, Mainland Scotland and Wales.

Vetpharmacy.co.uk endeavours to use high quality packaging to ensure maximum safety of your items during transit. Vetpharmacy.co.uk uses secured cardboard boxes along with bubble-wrap. Vetpharmacy.co.uk packing team endeavour to pack all items safely and at a high standard.
